HR Manager – Recruitment & Onboarding | Bangalore | Immediate Joiner
We’re scaling fast and need a hands-on HR Manager who can own end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, keep airtight trackers, and move hires from offer to Day-1 without drama.
Location: Bangalore (on-site)
Type: Full-time | Immediate joiners preferred (≤30 days)
What you’ll do
• Run full-cycle hiring: sourcing → screening → interviews → offers → onboarding/induction
• Maintain a daily recruitment tracker (visibility on roles, funnel, TAT, offers, DOJ)
• Coordinate with HODs; manage job posts, agencies & referrals
• Drive candidate communication, background checks, documentation, and Day-1 readiness
• Build simple dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets/ATS) for hiring velocity & SLA compliance
What you’ll need
• 3–6+ years in recruitment & onboarding (preferably in fast-moving ops/aviation/logistics/tech)
• Strong computer skills: Excel/Google Sheets, HRMS/ATS, tracker dashboards
• Tight follow-through, ownership, and crisp written communication
• Available to join immediately (or short notice)
