We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with approximately 1 year of experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process for junior to mid-level roles, primarily focusing on sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews. Sourcing & Advertising:
Create, format, and post engaging job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and the company careers page.
Actively source and identify potential candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, resume databases, and professional networks.
Assist in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for frequently hired roles.
Candidate Management:
Review, screen, and evaluate resumes and job applications to shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements and company culture.
Conduct initial phone screenings and video interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage and maintain accurate candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or HR database.
Interview Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendars for all parties involved.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience through timely and clear communication regarding application status and next steps.
Collaboration & Support:
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and job requirements.
Assist in drafting and updating clear, accurate job descriptions.
Support the offer and onboarding process, including coordinating reference checks and ensuring all new hire paperwork is prepared.
Reporting & Compliance:
Assist in tracking and reporting on basic recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hire.
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company hiring policies.
Experience: Approximately 1 year of proven work experience in an HR, Talent Acquisition, or Junior Recruiter role (internship experience is a plus).
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Recruitment Fundamentals: Basic understanding of the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and various sourcing techniques.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Personal Attributes: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Compliance: Basic knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to hiring.
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or other advanced sourcing tools.
Experience supporting employer branding or social media recruiting initiatives.
Exposure to administering and evaluating candidate assessments.
